Terms of Service

Welcome to Nabionix. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Service Scope

Nabionix provides custom SaaS development, AI integration, and digital strategy services. The specific deliverables and timelines for each project are outlined in the individual Service Agreement signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code and assets developed for the client are transferred to the client upon final payment. Nabionix retains the right to use generic libraries and internal frameworks used during development.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are structured based on project milestones. We require a commencement deposit before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Liability

While we strive for perfection, Nabionix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our developed software once it has been approved and deployed by the client.
